Pillowcase dress?

Does anyone know where to get a pattern for a pillowcase dress?  I want to make my DD one from an actual pillowcase, not a pattern that makes it look like a pillowcase, but am having a hard time finding one.  The fabric stores look at me like I am crazy but I know it exists! Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

There is a seller on ebay who has a cool cd with over 70 different patterns. She uses actual pillowcases for a lot of stuff.
