NBR - House frustrations (vent)

So I was really, really excited last week. We had a buyer come through who LOVED our house and even asked if we'd be willing to sell some of our furniture with the house b/c she loved how we'd decorated. She told her Realtor that she needed to get pre-qualified (which she supposedly did) and then said she had to see if she could get some additional money from family for a down payment. Our Realtor f/u at the end of the week to see how everything was going w/getting $$ for the down payment. Come to find out, she screwed over the 1st Realtor (who showed her our house) and was working with a 2nd Realtor and put an offer in on another house! I can't believe how dishonest people are.
