Thanks for the veggie burger suggestion! Evan had one for dinner Saturday, and ate the whole thing! DH of course thought they were gross... but he works late tomorrow, so I think Evan and I will be having them for dinner!

    Glad to hear it! My DH doesn't like them either...but I do - so at the very least we can have them for lunch sometimes.

    We took the suggestion too.  Bought them Saturday and will be trying it with Justin tonight.  I hope he likes it as I'm running out of meal ideas for him!!
