TMI - vaginal lip pain?

I can not seem to find much info and am not sure this warrents a weekend call to my ob.  Starting a couple nights ago, I have been having a lot of pain and pressure (but no swelling) in only one of my vaginal lips.  I have found that laying down does seem to relieve the pain, but upon being on my feet for a small amount of time, it returns.  It is very umcomfortable and somewhat painful.  Anyone had anything similar?

No sexy time.  Only 11 days since vaginal delivery with third degree tear.

My Dh and i has Sexy time last week (no sex) and my left side had some good size swelling, how far PP are you and did you have any sexy time?

My swelling went down by the next day, but im asking my
OB at my apt on thursday. it was pretty uncomfortable.

I'm almost 10 weeks PP and I had this for a good 6-7 weeks. It would almost feel as though I had weights hanging from me. If there isn't any swelling, it's probably okay. I had to stay off of my feet as much as possible because like you, being on my feet would make it come back! Hope you feel better!

I am two weeks pp with second degree tear. Started feeling pressure in the labia/clitoris area last week, no swelling. I didnt see my dr about it, have an appt this week, but the discomfort has eased considerably and I hardly notice it now. Not sure what caused it, but it did get better.

Do you know where you tore? My OB didn't tell me specifically, but I eventually figured out that I tore not only my perineum, but also a little bit on my inner labia - yeah, big ouch.That may be what you have going on.
