I just started my first pp period today. I know it is totally fine but I have some sort of irrational fear about using tampons!! Ridiculous, right? Tell me how ridiculous it is!!

I don't know. I'm just so freaked out about it. I keep telling myself, I can just use pads this time and use tampons next time. I don't know. It is a total mental block!!

I just finished my first pp period and I couldn't bring myself to use tampons either. I had some pads left, so I used those and will hopefully be brave enough next time. I had a c-section even, so I should have even less to worry about.
