I'm normally a second tri reg but after today I think I maybe coming over here for questions and maybe a bedrest buddy in the future.

I had my DD at 35 weeks, not terrible, but early. Doc started me on progesterone shots at 16 weeks with this LO. Earlier in the week I had a high amnio leak which luckily was tiny and healed itself (thank you God) and my cervix measured at 3.5 today. Not bad. They are gonna check it in two weeks and if I start to shrink its bedrest for me and steroids.

Right now i am pretty much allowed to go to work and thats it. Which is hard with 3 kids and all their activities. On the plus, no cramping or anything... so ya!

No no ally! Your not allowed over here... I hope things stay up and no shortening of the cervix for you!

Do you hear that little miss princess..... you stay away from your mommy's cervix and NO head butting!

Haha yup praying for a nice long cervix and at least 36 weeks of pregnancy!

Hi there!! I'm glad you came over here, there are a TON of short cervix mommas that are doing really really good and can be a big resource for you!  If you get to the bedrest point, we have a daily check in so check it out..it helps the day pass faster!! Take care!!

Thanks! Its definitely a challenge to limit my activities with 3 other kids at home. DH went grocery shopping yesterday, which was great. There is just sooooo much going on this time of year!
