Fisher Price Rainforest Swing/Rocker

Does anyone else have one? DD just started to like hers the past couple weeks. Last week the batteries died. I thought this was a little quick since we hadn't used it much, but I didn't think much of it and replaced the batteries. We have used the swing for only about 15-20 minutes since then and it is dead again. I know these things can eat batteries but that isn't normal, right? I can't return it because I know the receipt is past the return window. Anyone had experience with FP customer service?

I called and they are sending me a new motor. They were actually very helpful. Thanks for the response! Now I know what I should expect from the new motor.

We don't have the swing/rocker but we do have the cradle swing with the music in the woodlands print.  We've had it for probably close to 2 months and I've only changed one battery in it (that's all I had at the house).  Since I changed just the one it works like it did when we had all new batteries in it.  I know it's not the same one you have but I would imagine they use about the same amount of power.  We use ours every day so we definitely get a lot of use out of it.
