Lower back pain

I've been whining about this the past week and it has gotten better but not much. I still have trouble moving or sitting a certain way. Like for instance, I'm laying on the couch and if I were to relax my midsection and sink my back against the couch it hurts like the dickens. I can barely bend over, it hurts to walk. Amarah just headbutted my stomach and I felt it all in my lower back to the point that I froze up and almost started crying. I have an appt tomorrow but I don't know if it will do much good. I can't think of anything I did to hurt it. I've tried heat pad (rice sock), having someone massage it, pain relievers. I don't know what else to do.

Re: Lower back pain

  • Oh, I think the best way to describe it as like a muscle spasm but constant.

  • Who is your appointment with tomorrow?  If it is a muscle spasm a doctor may give you a muscle relaxer which should help.  But, I would highly recommend going to a chiropractor to be evaluated.  Make sure it is someone that comes recommended.   But, I was in so much agony from back pain.  Tried everything.  And it was the chiropractic adjustments that finally made a huge difference.

    Good luck.

  • A chiro. I used to go there years ago. He worked wonders when I was *this* close to a pinched nerve. I could barely hold my head up at that point. I seriously wanted to marry him.
