    boogie wipes = total gimmick. just use a baby wipe.

    Baby wipes don't have saline...it helps to keep her nose from drying out...I also prefer the smell of the boogie wipes to the baby wipes.  But you definitely can use baby wipes instead of the boogie wipes.
