We decided on doing a cat in the hat theme for our nursery.
I don't want to use a bumper, so thought spending the $ on the bedding set was a waste. I do want the quilt however to hang on the wall.
Therefore, I was thinking of ordering the "toddler" bedding set. It comes with a crib sheet, a quilt (hugger style), a flat sheet (taht I would sew into a crib skirt) and a pillow case (that I would sew into a throw pillow for my glider (which I am covering in black and white gingham).
I have seen this set several places and it has listed dimensions, etc see below link, but the word "hugger" scares me. Do you think this will have elastic or something around it which will make it impossible for me to hang on teh wall? it looks JUST LIKE the crib bedding quilt but I just wonder if this put elastic on it to screw people from getting the cheaper option (ie- who would pay 90 for what amounts to a bumper).
Anyone know what this word hugger means or have you purchased a toddler set and can say what this would mean?
TIA
Re: does anyone know what a "hugger style" quilt is
