ARG...poor DH vent

So yesterday afternoon I got my first +OPK (only 2 month of TTC, so still very early in our TTC road).....but was all giddy at work and super excited to get home and see DH.  Got home and he was flat out on the floor...he hurt his back at work!!  Was super bummed, no luck for me last night.  I know I have 24-48 hrs to hope to catch O...and I hope tonight he is feeling better!  I feel bad for him cause he is in pain, but was also super bummed at the same time which made me feel bad.  Ok vent over.

Same thing happened to me late last week. DH hurt his back working on our tractor so he was out of commission until a couple of nights ago (thankfully just in time for O).

yeah the poor guy is such a hard worker that he still went to work this am.  Today is our 2 year date of being together....and I told him as he was leaving  this am that tonight would be the best night to TTC and he smiled and said "perfect, a good present for our 2 year....does that mean I don't have to get you anything and I can give that to you as a present!?"  ha ha, yes I would take a baby over flowers any day!

hope he feels better soon, it does suck when these things happen but you just have to try and shrug it off.
