MOD March for Babies Badge

How do you put your LO's picture in the March for Babies badge? I want to do that before I post it to my blog/facebook. Thanks!

I found where you go to edit personal page and can upload a picture. But when I upload it, nothing happens- it just kicks me back to my personal page. The file size is less than 250k, so I don't know what is happening!
