NBR: anyone w/ an iPhone or iTouch, help!

I don't know what happened, but when I go to my mail now it is just a black screen!  It's the only app that does that, everything else works just fine.  How do I fix it?  What the hell happened?!  I can't delete it b/c it's one of the apps that come w/ the thing, so I don't know what else to do.  :(

  • hmmmmmmmm.

All I've got is turn it off, wait a few minutes and turn it back on.  My email goes a little weird sometimes, but turning off the phone always brings it back.

    good luck!

  • If you have the iPhone, it may be different from what I'm used to on the Touch, but that sounds like something that you might be able to fix through the general settings. Also, when you go into the mail feature, you can configure which type of mail you want to use (Gmail, Mobile Me, etc.) so it might have something to do with that individual mail server rather than the phone/touch itself. hth

  • Back up all your info and do a reset of the phone if it doesn't work with turning it on and off.
