painful stretching anyone??

does anyone else feel like their belly is getting stretched to the point of soreness/ pain? I'm a small framed girl and as of a couple of days ago, I am soo sore from stretching.

Sometimes I feel a little soreness in the abdomen, like I have been doing sit-ups or something.  I am 5'2" and so I think that may have something to do with it.

I get really tight. Doing yoga seems to help a lot (though I sometimes think it's helping the tummy grow!).

Yes I definitely get sore from stretching, especially later at night after I'm full with supper. I'm actually shocked I don't have stretch marks yet because my skin feels so tight.

Yes...  sometimes it gets very uncomfortable.
