Graco Snugride price differences??

I've noticed that depending on the seat pattern the Graco SnugRide can vary in price from $89.99 to 139.99.  Same exact seat, not a different model like the 35 or anything.  Anyone know why there's such a big price difference...is it really just dependent on the fabric colors?  I happen to like the pattern of a less expensive seat and I just want to make sure it isn't cheaper safety wise.

If you read the reviews from people who have the seats, you'll notice that the cheaper ones usually have crappier fabric

I just glanced at them both and they both go to 22lbs and are both the SnugRide model, I can't believe there wuold be such a big price difference based on pattern, but I have seen variations before (just not as huge), and I can't believe anyone would pay $140 for the Lotus pattern when they can pay a similar price and get a Snugride 32, doesn't make sense to me either! 
A lot of times a discontinued pattern will have a much cheaper price tag, I'd snatch that pattern up if I were you, if it's the one you want!

That's what I was noticing, the one I like best is middle of the road at 109.99 and has no complaints about the quality of the fabric.  Just wanted to make sure they weren't cutting corners elsewhere.
