Reflexology
I received a spafinder gift card for Christmas that I still haven't used. I was thinking about going to this spa and getting the reflexology treatment.
Have any of you done this before? Does it really relax your full body or does it end up just being a foot massage?

I had it done and it was AMAZING! After she worked on the nerve bundles in my feet my back (which had been injured for months) felt way better.
Definitely worth it.

I had it done once and it felt wonderful!
Well worth it!
ETA: I still enjoy getting my back/full body more though.
