both of my kids were quick nap in the morning-like 8:30/9 for 30-45 minutes. then longer mid-day naps-typically 10:30-2! and then another quick nap around 4:00. eventually my first let go of the shorter naps and kept the longer mid-day one-i really like that 3-4 hour break current infant settled into his current routine around week 6! and it hasn't strayed much in the past 3-4 weeks.
