Can I BF with a fever?

The Urgent Care doc said I could, but I thought I read that a fever is a big no no for BFing. BTW, they docs don't know what's wrong with me. All tests came back negative. If it helps my only symptoms are: fever (102), chills, and a painful/swollen lymph node below my jaw. TIA!

    From what I was told when I have fever, it's actually a great thing to BF, because you'll be passing those hard working antibodies to your LO, which would help your LO develop immunity.
