very excited pg friend

So I have a friend (she actually use to be my babysitter) she is 35 and is pregnant with her first. She is 11 weeks along and is super excited and i'm psyched for her. Last night while talking she was telling me how she feels the baby move ALL the time. I just said "isn't it a little early for that?"  She really believes that's what she's feeling and she is so excited I don't want to tell her that it's near to impossible to feel at 11 weeks. I don't think telling her otherwise would make her feel good. Have any of you encountered these people? Do you just shut your mouth and let them think whatever they want no matter what facts show? I just think some people aren't ready or capably of handling the facts.

It depends on the person as to whether or not I will say anything. 

It sounds like, in this case, you are best to just nod and smile and let her think what she wants!

I'm sure she'll figure it out later when she feels the REAL kicks and then laugh at herself. I would let her just live in the moment, not doing any harm lol
