You know you have post partum depression when...

your doctor comes into the exam room, asks you how you're doing and you burst into tears.

Alright Zoloft, work your magic.

  • I'm sorry to hear this :-(.  I've had a few friends do that same exact thing.  I really hope some medication helps and you get back to feeling normal very soon!
  • Im so sorry!  It will get better just hang in there and if you need a break ask for it, if you need help ask for it.  Don't try to be supermom and do everything on your own.  GL

  • It gets better, I promise. With dd1, I had ppd and would take a shower each night and sit down and sob in the shower. Sleep and me time help. If possible, get someone to watch dc while you get a pedi and take a nap. With the zoloft, it will be magic. GL!

  • I'm starting my Zoloft in the morning when I take my pill. I've been on Zoloft before for my anxiety, so I am hoping it balances me out again. Hang in there!
