help! ISO birthday gift...

hello all. as you can see by my little pic, i am the dad. my wife has a birthday coming soon and i am stuck for ideas for her. we are 15 almost 16wks preggers. i have a few little things for her, but looking for something for her - baby related possibly. she is so hard to buy for as she never asks for anything or gives hints.....i won't be able to respond back this evening to any replies, but will get the messages through my email. any ideas would be great! (she is turning 31)

i did want to get her a mother/child necklace thingy, but sometimes she is iffy with jewelry, so i asked ahead of time and she shot me down.....now i'm on a deadline!!! but thanks!

Well for Christmas my DH bought me a Coach diaper bag and also a gift certificate to a 3D/4D ultrasound place.  I thought both were very thoughtful.

I got that charm as a gift and I love it. I wore it until the chain broke. I've been dying for a mom related picture frame charm bracelet. Maybe an actual photo frame would be more her style if she doesn't like jewelry? You could arrange for pregnancy photos somewhere, that might be nice.
