Opinions on the name Rocco Anthony? I am Italian, DH is not. We are both in agreement on Anthony as a middle name (my dad's name), but DH is a little hesitant about commiting to Rocco. Like I said, he's not Italian and feels it has a "goombah" feel to it.
I think it's cute for a baby, and will be strong for when he grows up.

NMS. Makes me think of Rocco's Modern Life.
I personally don't like it. I think thug-ish...
What about the other way around?? Would you mind Anthony as a first name, even though it's your dad's name?
Ultimately, you go with your heart and gut...
All I thought of was Rocco's Modern Life too.
NMS, but I'm sure people would say that about our name choices as well.
Makes me think of Rocky Rococo's pizza, which is the best pizza in the world btw.
I agree! Whenever I think about a child's name, I try to think of seeing that name on a resume or on the door of a doctor or lawyer's office.
THIS! I hesitated saying this at first because I wasn't sure ppl actually watched that show. lol
I dunno.. Rocco just doesn't sound like a person name to me. More like a pet. Sorry!
Meh I'm 100% Italian, and I don't like Rocco.
I've always thought it sounds like a nickname.
