BIG U/S FINALLY HAPPENING!

in 2nd Trimester

My 20wk u/s is finally happening today!!! (They rescheduled several times!) We already know the sex, but I'm still really anxious to see him and make sure that everything looks okay! Hoping for a healthy little boy!!!

What should I expect? Do they just look at the organs and measure? I don't want to seem uneducated in there lol!

    Yes, they measure the organs, leg bones, skull, etc...

    They'll do a bunch of measurements and probably tell you what they are measuring while they do it. It's really interesting, although half the time I can't tell what they are looking at until they tell me. Have fun and good luck!
