Where to get LO's picture taken?

Where did you get your LO's first professional pics taken?  Do you remember how much they were (and for how many prints)?  TIA!

This I love this place!! You get about 250 prints for 150.....

I actually did my daughter's. I didn't want to spend ridiculous money on newborn pics, and I have to say they turned out great. I used Shutterfly to order my birth announcements and got a large canvas print as well.

Just make sure if you do this that your camera is set to take large high quality photos, and that you have some form of editing on your computer.

We had a photographer come to our house.  I ended up spending $300 on pictures!!  I haven't told DH how much they cost.  hehe

I took some of Brandon myself and ordered off Shutterfly.com but I am also interested in getting family portraits taken eventually.
