Pretty Please-I need extra help w/ my siggy pic :-(

I have done tinyrul.com, tinypic.com etc.  I just can't seem to get it right!  As you can see, it's blank.  I promise I have done this a million times before and why it won't work I have no ideas.  Did something change?  Am I missing the proper formation of the code or maybe I did it backwards?  ((sigh))

I am referring to the pic of my baby girl.  My son's picture needs to be change also, but I dare not do it after the many hours I have dealt with this thing in the past few days.
