Penny Sylvia (www.portraitsbypenny.com) is amazing! She did my wedding and does pictures for Kiddin' Around Magazine. She's doing a session with my girls in about a month.

I'm actually having a mini session event near me (Brentwood area) through Penny at that time. If your friend is interested its $50 a session including 2 5x7's. Otherwise, Penny does other public mini-sessions twice per year. Her normal price is $200 per session.
