I haven't been around a lot because I have felt like crap. The 1st tri is kicking my butt. Today has started off as a good day so hopefully it will stay that way. I have had terrible headaches that are getting me down.

I love that so many ladies have moved over from TTcal.  Hope everyone is doing good. I am going to try to get caught up on some of the post.
