Did anyone have any symptoms

with cervical funneling?  I read online that the symptoms are increased discharge and feeling extra weight on your pelvis.  I don't think I have either of those however my back has been hurting A LOT lately which is causing me some concern.  I'm going back to the doctor today for another sonogram because the one I had on Monday showed the beginning of some funneling.

no! I was floored when we found out. So many changes are happening in our bodies there is really no way to tell for sure if you're funneling/ shortening without an exam or u/s! Wishing you the best today, let us know what you find out!!

Thank you for the support.  If you don't mind me asking are you on strict bedrest?  Do you only get out of bed to use the bathroom?

I am on bedrest but it doesnt have to be as strict as I'm imposing on myself. Things can change fast so I'm staying put until we're closer to 30/32 weeks. I go to the bathroom, sit up to eat, and take a short shower. Otherwise.... i'm on my left side in bed or on the couch!

I didn't have any symptoms at all.  To be honest, I hadn't even heard of cervix shortening/funneling when I went to my ultrasound at 20 weeks.  They measured my cervix and the tech was kind of weird - she just hurried out of the room and didn't tell me we were done or anything.  I still didn't think anything of it but then a high risk doctor came to talk to me about my cervix being short (along with some funneling).  I was put on modified bed rest until closer to 31 weeks when my cervix dilated to 1cm.  I'm now on hospital bed rest after going into PTL and my cervix is dilated to 3cm.
