and she was trying to screw him over. He had a review due and instead of his new Sgt doing it (who loves him) they had the other lady do it who is constantly picking on him. She recommended that he not be promoted even though she hasn't worked with him in months. He checked the box on the review to go over it with a superior.

He met with the superior today and not only got his promotion but got it back dated to January and we will get back pay.  I bet she is going to be pissed but his new Sgt had written a letter saying his performance is outstanding.

SO nice when the good guys win.
