I just got my panels back from my Dr.
Blood count, CMP, TSH are all stable.
It says I am Vitamin D deficient (what is vitamin D for?)
Total Cholesterol 172. Triglycerides 65. HD CHOL 45 and LDL Chol 114.
I know NOTHING about these numbers...except that they are within acceptable levels. Any information on whether they are actually good or not?
I will google later ( I can't google right now).

LDL is good cholesterol. You have good numbers. Anything above 200 total is bad (mine is 204ish).
Well GEE, that could explain a lot right now! Pops a prenatal in my mouth.
You need more than a prenatal. Get yourself a Vit D suppliment. I forget the dose you need but you should be able to goggle it.
Thankfully, it's hard to OD on D. I take a 2000iu tablet plus whatever is in my prenatal. You should be able to find it in doses of 400iu,1000iu, 2000iu, and even 5000iu.
Our head of Oncology did a presentation for all the Family Practice/GP's telling them if they put EVERY SINGLE patient on a D supplement, our cancer rates would be slashed over the next 20 years.
Same with my Dh. I am pretty sure he takes like 1000 IU of Vit. D everyday. I also get him Vit. D milk.
