New home Gift idea?

Our friends just bought their first house.  We are going to their house this weekdn for a party and I would like to get them something for their new house.  any ideas?  things you got that you loved or meant a lot to you?

We were given a personalized door knocker for our first house and really loved it. 

My other favorite housewarming gift were the home depot gift cards!

I usually give a bottle of good champagne and an orchid plant!

You could do a little basket with some champagne and some house stuff from Home Goods or some place like that.

We have gotten a few people a cheese board or butcher block from Vermont Butcher Block with their name or other things on it although not sure you could do that by this weekend but it can't hurt to contact the owner (small business in VT).  We have also done the wine and cheese in a basket that could be used as a bread basket, gift cards to Home Depot/Lowes, if they have a patio - fun dishes to use when eating outside.  A great gift a friend of mine was telling me about that she did was to get a laundry basket and fill it with stuff they use all the time - TP, cleaning products, cleaning rags, etc.
