I fell asleep at 7:30 last night

That's a lot of sleep!  Right now I feel pretty good. Wondering how long my energy will last.

four hours. If you're anything like me, even when I go to bed early, I wake up a LOT in the middle of the night. I think I wake up every 2-3 hours now... Not to pee or anything, just because I wake up. I don't get it... But I usually feel great! Then 11am rolls around and I'm dead. DEAD.

I fell asleep at 8. I actually slept pretty much straight through the night too - only getting up once to pee. I still feel tired this morning though!

I actually did wake up a lot, but it was because DH came home and then the cat was playing with my feet and then Guinness got an itch and chewed his foot and made the bed shake and then DH turned on some loud show on the TV.

I fell asleep about 7:30 too!  But I kept waking up.  A lot.  And this morning I feel like crap.

I was in bed by 8:15.  We took our dogs on a long walk yesterday because it was so nice out.  I think it was too long for me.

I fell asleep on the couch about 7:30 and made it to bed around 10. I've been so exhausted lately.  I LOVE to sleep though!!

I'm usually in bed by 8 and asleep by 9 every night.  DH says I'm no fun anymore, but oh well, growing a person is exhausting!
