Kyva's birthday party is next Saturday. I guess you could say the theme is cupcakes, but it's going to be low-key and not very theme-centered. Just making a lot of cupcakes!

I'm just using DD's nursery theme which is a garden. I'm hoping to have it at a local park where they have rental facilities. We're using the colors yellow, white, and fuschia. DD's dress is yellow with white polka dots and a white daisy at the hip. Each table will have gerbera daisies and kids can decorate little pails to then scoop a variety of candies into as their favor.

We used the nursery theme too- jungle. It was cute.

I'm really no help but it's so fun to plan, hunh? I'm sure lot sof our creative nesties can give you tons of ideas.

We did a ladybug theme for DD's 1st...which really just meant ladybug invites, ladybug cookies as favors and red table clothes, etc. Oh, and of course a red tutu.

I also would love some inspiration. I have see a lot of cute stuff on etsy which is nice because we are on a budget so it is nice to see stuff I could make myself.
