DUDE.  In the summer they are on my block at 10:30.

Robinski- these bastards would be out all winter if they could.  They are so many laws here just for ice cream men.  It's the only way to keep the peace.  It's a lucractive gig and they take it VERY seriously.

It's a Sunday night and really nice out.  They are out there.   It's a dead end street, so the kids are out there all the time once it warms up.

Here's the thing.  They stop 3 times every trip up the block.  Which means the song 3 times.  They come 3 times a night. Which means that damn song 9 times a night, just on my block alone.

We hear it on the next block over too.  Same drill.
