Wedding Shower Gift Ideas needed SIL

I was wondering what your favorite wedding shower gift was-- I just realized that I (we) need to get SIL something for that also.  TIA

 Background-they have a house and all the basics covered.

I'd pick something off her registry, and/or make something personal. 

I made my brother and SIL a quilt for her shower.

Other ideas:  Framed wedding invitation, double panel frame of bride and groom baby pictures, mongrammed cotton blanket,  plaque with Irish Blessing (or other culturally relevant blessing/toast), Ask around, maybe you can get their cake knife (engraved), ceremony candle, guest book, cake topper or toasting glasses.
