So weird! Same thing happened to me earlier this week. It was the same down to the hundredth of a degree. I thought for sure it was broken or low on battery, but its very new. On the 4th day, a different temp and since then, too.

Mine has been pretty level for the past 3 or 4 days.  If I didn't have a bbt that measured in hundredths, it would be the exact same temp.
