XP: What should we do with baby #3's bedroom?

Baby #3 will come when the twins are about a year old. We have 3 bedrooms but one is an office. We are thinking of coverting it to a bedroom but then again, we are team green (again) so should I make another neutral baby room?

We are going to keep the baby in our room for the first few months so do you think it would be better to wait to make another bedroom because then we could make a boy room and a girl room?

But THEN a worry that if we split the twins up they would be sad and miss eachother and wouldn't it be easier to keep the same age kids together until they are all a little older?

I think I would keep the twins together until a little older. I would wait to do the room until you LO comes.  Then when your twins get a little older move them to the approriate gender room.
