Excited, but nervous to dye my hair (silly)

I know it should be considered "safe" now, but I'm still a little nervous to get my hair low-lighted tonight after work.  I want to cover up the blond that is growing out and go back to a darker shade that will grow out more evenly.  On the other hand, I haven't had my hair dyed in 5 1/2 months and I'm super excited to get "refreshed."

I have been dying my hair blond since day 1.  I feel like a bad Mommy to be.  I have it done at the salon, and always make sure I walk around/get fresh air. 

I have been so sick these last few months, and for some reason I feel better when my roots are done.

My docs tell me it is perfectly safe to get your hair done...but if you are in a small salon, be sure to walk outside for some fresh air!!

I have had mine highlighted twice so far.  Dr. and hair dresser say its perfectly fine.  Just get some fresh air if the fumes get to you.
