So... just came back from the doc, and he suspects PCOS is why no AF for 3 1/2 months since all other b/w is normal. I'll have an ultra-sound later on this month to find out for sure.

Oh, the joys of TTC. :(

    BFP 06/09 Natural m.c (5w3d)

    TTC Break 1/10-8/14.
    Results of physical testing = Normal 
    Genetic testing = Balanced translocation
    IVF #1 with PGD Nov 2014 = BFN
    IVF #2 with PGD Start stimming 1/6, ER scheduled 1/16, ET scheduled 1/21

    I'm sorry....it sucks.  My doctor just diagnosed me with PCOS in January.  I'm on Metformin now and so far, it seems like it is regulating my cycle.  Good luck with everything!

    That really sucks. I just got the same diagnosis just this week. It's not great news, but I like to at least know why AF has been MIA for almost 18 months!

    I'm sorry. I was diagnosed with PCOS and insulin resistance. They put me on metfromin and with in 2 months I was regular. Good luck! PCOS is something that can be overcome!

    This gives me hope!

    OP: I'm sorry! I was diagnosed with PCOS last year and while it definitely sucks, at least you have (or will have) a plan in place.

    This is how I feel about it, not knowing just makes me bonkers. Since my cycles are so long anyway, I figured it was something to this affect, so I'm not really surprised. Darn you ovaries!

    Thanks for the kind words ladies. If it wasn't for all of you, I would have no idea what the heck PCOS was and would probably have been freaked out, but I'm not, and I can't even begin to express how awesome you all are!
