Baby fashion advice needed

I got DD this dress for her 1st bday.  Yes, I know she's only 5 months but I fell in love with it, had a coupon,so went for it!  Anyways, she's lacking in the hair so I was thinking of getting her a headband and was looking at this one etsy seller's headbands.  Do you think the flowers might be overkill?  Suggestions?  TIA!

Personally, I'd skip the headband. That dress is darling and I wouldn't want to take the focus off it!

Don't forget, she'll have bunches more hair in 7 months!

I think a flower headband would be adorable and not overkill at all.  It's for her 1st birthday, after all!  But I think I would go w/a skinnier headband maybe like this:

The thick crocheted headband seems a bit much to me.

This is exactly what I was thinking. I love two headbands above and think they would be adorable with that dress.

I agree with PPs that she probably won't keep anything on her head at one, but if she did...Could you order the hairbow that matches the dress (I'm assuming that's what the additional flower is in the pic) and make a headband with that? That way it would be the same flower that's on the dress.

I also love the second headband Sol posted. I want that baby's hair for myself!

That dress is so adorable! I like the idea of making a headband from the matching hair bow if you go that route.
