NT scan result question

I got our results from the NT scan and bloodwork and was told they are as follows:

Downs: 1 in 570, where the threshold is 100

NT defects: 1 in 25,000, where the threshold is 50

The NT seems really positive but I'm trying to find out if the Downs is good or just okayish.  I've Googled, but am getting both conflicting answers as well as crap that just doesn't make any sense.

Any insight?

I say don't worry yourself with the 1 in 570 possibility.
