It involved violently dry heaving into the sink and garbage this morning, broken glass, cuts on my hand, text fights with the family and crying hysterically in the bathroom at work minutes before a meeting with a client. Overall today just sucked!!!!!!!!

Oh no! I'm sorry you are having such a terrible day, guess it makes Friday look even better.
