What is this called?

The pillow around the baby's head in this pic - what is that called? I can't find them on the BRU web site. Are they used in the swing, carseat, bouncy, etc to hold their head in place?

That one is actually attached to the swing, I know that is how ours is made. They are usually just called head supports, but I'm not sure how exactly to search BRU for them. We have one called a Snuzzler which is a body an head support for the stroller or carseat in a fleece material, so maybe searching for that can lead you in the right direction.
