Anyone have experience with this? I hear its supposed to help in getting pregnant. Hey if that was the case, we would not be on the board anymore if someone used it this way successfully. Silly me. Just curious of experiences with it

My RE recommended it after I had my tubal reversal and we got our 1st BFP on the 3rd month. I'm hoping this round is just as quick.
FYI - don't use as much as they recommend, that stuff is super slippery if you get the one with the applicators not the pre filled kind you can adjust to your own needs. I say no more than the 1.0 line on the applicator. Also it lasts way longer than the box says it will.
It's a sperm friendly lubricant. I suggest that if you don't need a lube, don't use any. Fertile cervical fluid is the best transport mechanicsm for sperm. If you need a lube PreSeed will not kill sperm unlike KY and other "regular" lubes.
We've used it when necessary. It has a nice feel. If you currently are using something like KY, I'd switch to PreSeed.
We used it the first time around - with success And are using it now, we both like it much better than KY and will probably use it in the future even when we're not TTC, since it's not sticky or anything. I will say that our lack of success this time around isn't related to cervical fluid though.
Mother of a beautiful little boy 11/01/07!
Expecting #2 EDD 9/28/11
What a wonderful surprise!!!

This is what my RE said. She told me that if I needed it, to use it "sparingly." I have cervical issues and she said that it would not help with that.

We use the drug-store knock off of Preseed, called PreConceive. We just use it when necessary.
We really like it, for the same reasons that others have said they like Preseed.
I sort of see it like this: It's not going to overcome our fertility hurdles, but at least it doesn't cause any additional ones.
My RE recommended egg white, but we haven't tried that. As I said, we use the lube only when needed. It's a lot easier to reach into the "naughty drawer" of the nightstand than to say, "Wait a minute, Hon. I gotta run downstairs and separate an egg!"
We used it and got pregnant with it. Whether it was a helpful factor will probably be unknown, but I am sure it didn't hurt. Definitely use less they the rec. The stuff isn't cheap, and you can make a tube of it last longer.
I have used both Preseed and Preconceive (not at the same time). I too would recommend only using a little. But it definitely feels more like "you". Preseed is hard to find in my area. Preconceive is usually in the drugstore.

My DH doesn't like the tube kind that you have to squeeze out yourself...gets a little sticky if you use too much. But we like the pre-filled applicators..I only us half and it seems to be perfect!

we tried it for a couple months but it did not help us get pregnant. it took an IUI for us to get pg.
it is great as a lube but expensive. and ditto pp about not using the whole applicator full. you will feel like a slip and slide if you do.
True. I got too much once and it ruined the mood.

What is preseed? I've never even heard of it
