$1600 for crib bedding?

I just stumbled upon the nurseries and baby gear board and am shocked to think of anyone spending that much on a crib skirt, bumper, and curtains.  If you've got it to spend, more power to you, but holy crap.  What a waste of money...  And on that note, it's time for me to leave work ;)

    $300 , PBK, chamois lambie on sale , used for both dc. that's it. ds is using it on his toddler bed now.

    That's insane.  I mean, I am willing to spend money on bedding, and I have, but I don't even think I wouldn't even know where I would find $1600 bedding.

    On crib bedding, I don't think I could ever spend that much!  Maybe on something for my kids when they are older, but nothing that I would cry about if it got peed/pooped on.

    I wouldn't even spend that much on MY bedding.

    I spent $55 on ours. It's adorable, resellable, and wasn't a stupid amount of money.
