What did you guys register for and why -

 

I was looking at "My Brest Friend" nursing pillow

or a Bobby. 

Wondering why people registered for one over the other....I know the My Brest Friend clips on so you can walk around with the pillow still on but just wondering if one is really better than the other.

Everyone I know said to get the Boppy.

Found one at TJ Max for $17 instead of the $30 in BRU!!!

I got both the Boppy and My Brest Friend. I loved My Brest Friend for nursing, the positioning of the baby was much better than the Boppy. I had a lot of latch positioning issues using the Boppy.

We registered for the boppy, and a couple plush covers for it.

I love my boppy, plus I used it a lot when DD was younger to help prop her up when she was a newborn and to help support her when she was learning to sit. I could be wrong but I think I read somewhere that the my breast friend pillow was better for bigger ladies since it stretched more, I'm not all that wide and the boppy was stretched a lot on me.

I had the boppy b/c I did not like that when you sit down with MBF, the attachment around my back wouldn't let me lean back into the couch.  With the boppy, there's nothing behind you and you can lay back.  Plus, I don't think I ever actually walked around while nursing my son - it was the only time I got to really relax.

All 4 new moms I talked to said the Brest Friend is a must for breastfeeding and the Boppy is good for bottle feeding. So I got both.
