I am taking Zuppa Tuscana Soup out of the freezer.  I am doing a cooking night next week and we are making another batch.

we are having these Italian pot pies again- I made them last night too. I even posted about it.

They came out great and though, I wasn't nuts about using little custard cups for baking them, it turned out to be easier because I made 6 all together- 3 for last night and 3 for tonight (just covered them in saran wrap an put them in the fridge and I'll bake them tonight!)

I'm sick so I think we're just going to do something easy tonight.  Either roast beef paninis or DH is going to grill burgers. DH offered to cook tonight but I'm not sure I want burgers, although the thought of not cooking and just curling up in bed to catch up on my tv shows sounds really good.
