What to do with this temp?

This is my first month charting with FF.  I always take my temp at 6 am, but this morning I woke at 3 and I was restless, had to go to the bathroom, and I was sweating (new duvet and 3 cats on me!)  My temp today was 36.4 C.  That's the highest it's been yet (the rest of my temps range from 36.1-36.3)  I guess it's not that high/unusual but should I discard it because of the circumstances?

Don't discard it.  Just make a note of the circumstances.  I doubt it will affect things much.
