I voted special snowflake here - our first time while spotting was just two days ago. Mostly, the never before was because I never used to spot. But now that I have the last few cycles, this is new territory for us!

That said, I'd probably only have sex during spotting, not flow because I just get so uncomfortable I don't feel sexy and I don't think I'd enjoy it.
