Insanity Workout

I started the program after the new year and lost close to 10 pounds (I'm sure it was water weight) in 2 weeks but then stopped because of scheduling issues. When AF finally shows her ugly face I'll be starting up again. Anyone else use it?

12/10 Dx with high levels antisperm antibodies (female)

ER 2/10 28 Retrieved 21 Fertilized w/ICSI
ET 2/15 Transferred 2 beautiful embryos, 10 frosties

    Oh it is as insane as the title makes it seem or the infomercial if anyone has watched. I totally buy that they burn 1000 calories. I'm actually super excited to get started again, I think I found the 10 lbs. I lost along with with another 2-3 since stopping! Damn snow days of binge drinking!

    I've heard Insanity is indeed INSANE! I think it's a beachbody product correct? I started P90X about 2 weeks ago and it's pretty tough. I've changed my eating habits too and I think that's helping!
